Ready-to-Ship Items: Allow us a maximum of 2 business days to process and dispatch your order.
Regular Products: For all products except "ready-to-ship" Items, please expect a timeframe of 2-3 weeks following the closure of the processing period, which typically ends on Fridays for that week's lineup.
International Shipments: It's important to note that for orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered by 2TheWorld and should be settled upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs charges.
Package Responsibility: Once we hand over your parcel to USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or DHL, 2TheWorld is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs in transit. Nevertheless, we are more than willing to assist you with the carrier's claim process to help locate any misplaced items.
