Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy for 2THEWORLD

At 2TheWorld, we pride ourselves on the quality and exclusivity of our products. Our aim is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Please review our Refund and Return Policy to understand how we handle post-purchase concerns:

INCORRECT SIZING

INCORRECT SIZING IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
We provide model sizes, size charts, sizing instructions, and product fit details on our website. Any incorrect sizing ordered by customers is not our responsibility.


DAMAGED ITEMS

DAMAGED ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement item (same item or an alternative item of equal value, subject to availability), or

  • Store credit for the value of the item

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.


RETURN PERIOD

We use a return notification period of 14 days from the date your package is received to report damaged items or issues. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.


RETURN CONDITIONS

All items eligible for replacement or store credit must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags still attached

A 5% fee is deducted from refunds to cover transaction processing fees. These fees are charged by payment providers and are not kept by 2THEWORLD.


RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the courier and country of return.


DELAYED, LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

In the event of a delayed, lost or stolen shipment, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • A replacement item or size that is currently in stock and able to ship the same day

  • Free gifts added to your order once it is ready to ship

Refunds will not be issued for a delayed, lost or stolen shipment.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

2TheWorld does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy in full.


Klarna Purchases (Special Return & Refund Terms)

If your order was placed using Klarna, the following conditions apply:

  • Customers have the right to return Klarna-paid items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are unopened and unused due to sanitary reasons.

  • Returns must be sent with free postage (no return shipping cost to the customer).

  • Restocking fees, store credit, or exchanges do not apply to Klarna purchases.

  • Refunds will be processed back to Klarna within 14 business days after the return is received and approved.
